‘IN IT FOR THE KIDZ’
is a event planned to raise funds and promote the continuation of grassroots football in Liverpool and Lancashire . The event will see four local clubs, Burscough, Athletico, Birkdale Utd and The Fillies participate in a mini tournament, with a twist, these teams will consist of players mums.
Any MUMS who have kids that play for Burscough and would like to keep fit, have fun and meet other Burscough players mums at the same time as raise funds for the above, please come and join us for training at Burscough Priory High School on Tuesday Evening 7pm.

Burscough Boys 3 v 1 American Boys April 2010
Burscough played host to visiting Eastern F.C U15 team from Conneticut, the match was played in good spirit with Burscough taking an early lead from a free kick. The score stayed at 1-0 going into the break, the second half saw Eastern level the scores to 1-1 later into the half Eastern FC coneeded a further 2 goals leaving the score line at 3-1 to Burscough, the match proved a great experience for both teams

U15s Eastern FC v Burscough Girls February 2010
Eastern FC USA came over to play Burscough U15s February 1/2 term.
The game was played at Victoria Park, all parties enjoyed the game and socialist after with sandwiches and drinks at The Barons Club next door to the ground.

Burscough FC Juniors Comedy Night - 28th Nov 2009
A Great night had by all at The Stanley Club in Burscough
The event was to raise funds for the Juniors, which was well supported by managers, parents and friends

Team Events
Burscough Supporters Club held a "Kick Racism out of Football Day on Saturday 7th November 2009.
Supporters Club spokesman Brian Spencer said
"On Saturday 7th November 2009 Burscough F.C. will celebrate the Kick racism out of football campaign's weeks of action by holding a flag day at the home fixture vs. Whitby Town. Local M.P. Rosie Cooper will be guest of honour at the match and will start proceedings at 1.30pm by unveiling a sign at the entrance to the ground affirming that not only the football club but the whole community stand united against racism.
100 flags have been made especially for the event, many of which have been customised by local children and an indoor exhibition featuring artwork created for the event by all 5 local junior schools will be unveiled.
Burscough junior entertained the crowd with two mini soccer games both before the match and at half time.


Burscough Real U7s v Burscough Dynamo start the first exhibition match playing some great football with the big boys warming up in the side line looking on at the up and coming talent.
Both the boys teams play in the Mid Lancs League and are doing very well.

This is the first season for both teams who play in the West Lancashire Girls League
Burscough have played 6 league games so far, winning 3 out of the 6 and improving every game.
Crosby squad have only recently been formed, they have only had one game but played some neat tidy football, they hope to progress, develop and continue to enjoy their football.
